Perched high on a bluff overlooking the Missouri River Valley, the Healing Stone Retreat & Spa is a magnificent private residence with sweeping views of Missouri Wine Country. Winding along the Healing Stone property is the Katy Trail, the nation’s longest rails-to-trails project, which follows the Missouri River for more than 200 scenic miles.
Across the river, the historic village of Hermann, (population 2,700) is best known for its award-winning wineries and genuine old-world charm. More than 150 of the town’s 19th-century buildings are on the National Register of Historic Places. The town is also home to Annual Wine Trails, Chocolate Extravaganza, Maifest, Octoberfest, Wurstfest, a BBQ Cookout, and the Kriskindl Market.

Accommodations in a luxury suite with private bath: Accommodations in a luxury suite with private marble bath: Choose from one of our four beautiful rooms. The luxurious Onyx Suite features a gas fireplace, living room and a large Jacuzzi tub. This suite also has three adjoining rooms with seven single beds. This suite is perfect a romantic weekend for two or a girl‘s get-a-way weekend! All guest suites are appointed with a king bed, plush spa robes, private marble bath and spectacular views. All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi.
Room amenities Include: King beds, mini-fridge with local wines available for purchase (wine list varies), satellite television, CD player, Iron, Alarm Clock, plush spa robes and complimentary bottled water.

Wine can be purchased by the bottle from our current, local wine list.
