Rates & Policies
Payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. Your card will not be charged until you arrive. We also accept travelers checks and cash. No personal checks.
Check-in: Check-in time is between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Cancellations: Bed & Breakfast cancellations made at least 10 days in advance of scheduled arrival will be refunded in full. For cancellations less than 10 days in advance, a 50% refund will be provided. If we are able to make your cancelled reservation available to another guest, we will provide a full refund. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will receive no refund.
Groups reserving three or more rooms must cancel 30 days in advance.
Ultimate Healing Stone Experience cancellations made at least 30 days in advance of scheduled arrival will be refunded in full. For cancellations 10 or more days in advance, a 50% refund will be provided. Cancellations received less than 10 days in advance will receive no refund.
Massage appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
Restrictions: We are a smoke-free environment. We do not allow children. All guests must be at least 18 years of age. Pets are not allowed. There is a two night minimum for both the Romantic Getaway Package and the Elopement Package.
Gift Certificates: We accept BBIM and Healing Stone gift certificates. Healing Stone gift certificates are good for one year from date of issue. No change can be given from any unused portion of gift certificates.
Mountain Bike Rental: Bikes are available for guests only, at a cost of $20/day. All bikes must be returned before dusk.
Taxes: Taxes will be applied to the prices listed.
